Service Technician (Level II)
Role Overview
At Lark Overland, we sell a variety of truck campers, predominately Scout Campers, and offer exceptional service and custom upgrades to outfit our customers with the perfect (and functional) adventure rigs. We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Service Technician (Level II) to join our team.
In this role, you will be a mechanical and electrical force behind our custom builds—tackling everything from 12V/110V mobile electrical integrations and custom cabinetry to suspension upgrades and regular camper maintenance. Because we run a lean, all-hands-on-deck shop, you will also occasionally step into the camper showroom to assist fellow outdoor enthusiasts, and even hit the road to represent Lark at industry events like Overland Expo East.
As we prepare to move into a brand-new, expanded shop space before the end of the year, this is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious technician who wants to grow with us and potentially step into a Service Manager role. We value hard work, inclusivity, and a shared passion for overlanding. If you are looking for a workplace that invests in your growth, offers flexible time off, and a fun work environment—we would love to meet you.

Answer customer questions knowledgeably about our campers and gear offered.
Process sales in the retail shop
Provide a friendly and positive experience for all customers.
